Thank you so much for taking the time and energy to consider sponsoring the Catawba Valley Pottery and Antiques Festival. This festival is celebrating its 27th year in March of 2024. It has been so beneficial for the community in its years of operation. In fact, over the years, the CVPAF has brought in a tremendous amount of business and commerce to the area through its weekend of operation every March.
At this festival, it is common to see anywhere between 80 and 112 potters, pottery dealers, and antique dealers. Very few of those vendors are from this immediate area. During our Friday Night Gala (Preview Party Event), we cater heavy horderves, offer drinks, live music, and the opportunity to get first pick at the pottery. This portion of the festival pulls in anywhere from 300 to 500 pottery-loving individuals. The festival also sees anywhere between 2,000 and 5,000 visitors during the Saturday shopping event.
Not only is this event critical for commerce, it is also educational. Almost every year, the CVPAF has brought in a special guest speaker to do a Saturday lecture that educates all who attend about a different aspect of hand-made pottery. This is in addition to the constant potter’s wheel demonstration that occurs during the Saturday festival. This festival has so much to offer and so much potential to enrich this community. We would love to have your support in the form of sponsorship.
Of course, as a thank you for your generosity, we will guarantee that your business/company are represented at the festival via website, signage, and program guides. To show our appreciation, we also want to offer complimentary tickets to sponsors of the event. If you would like to be a sponsor, please download the form below.
